I have the same problem. 14n still no good for ereader.com pdb drm. Customer support asked me for photos of the problem. Seems like it is a known issue, already! I wouldn't mind so much waiting for a solution, but on Christmas day, I have to explain to my father in law why his Christmas present doesn't work properly. I bought 3 of these Jetbook Lites.

I don't care about how long it takes to activate each individual book, but what does alarm me is the missing text from the bottom of the pages!!! I purchased my Jetbook lite through eReader.com. Most of my ebooks are in protected .pdb drm.

I bought 3 of these readers. One for me, one for my wife, and one for my father in law.

I really like the feel of the Jetbook lite, but I am a little upset that I have to explain to my father in law why his Christmas present won't display his purchased books properly.
